Wind Power Industry

There are many rotating components in wind turbines, all of which use bearings. The main shaft bearing of a wind turbine has one or two bearings, and the main force borne by the main shaft bearing mainly includes the weight of the wind blades and hub, as well as the force exerted by the wind on the main shaft through the wind turbine. Therefore, the main shaft bearing mainly bears radial force and axial force generated by wind force. Rolling bearings: With low friction and smooth rotation, they are widely used in joints of humanoid robots.

Common types include:

Deep groove ball bearings: suitable for linear joints and low load rotating joints

Four point contact bearing: capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads, commonly used in linear joints of lead screws

Angular contact bearings: suitable for rotating joints, high load-bearing capacity

Cross roller bearings: compact structure, high load capacity, high precision, suitable for high-precision rotating joints

Needle roller bearings and cone bearings: commonly used in RV reducers and planetary reducers to meet complex transmission requirements

Sliding bearings: reduce friction through sliding motion, suitable for low-speed heavy load scenarios, but with high starting resistance
